New Renovations Again. This is a 1 bedroom/1 bathroom absolutely delightful Gulf front condo at Estero Beach & Tennis Club. Tastefully renovated with all the comforts of home, including Wireless Internet in the unit. The views are amazing and the sunsets are breathtaking from the 6th floor balcony.
This condo is an open floor plan, with a sliding door to close off the bedroom from the living area.
The bedroom has a king size bed, (2) clock radios, large closet, triple dresser with mirror, two night stands and two windows overlooking the gulf and beach.
The kitchen has custom cabinets and a granite countertop. It is fully equipped with all new appliances, including a built-in microwave and dishwasher. The dinnerware is service for 8. There is a complete set of pots and pans and utensils. There is a ceiling fan for added comfort while dining.
The living room has a queen size sofa bed, reading chair and lamp, 37" Flat Panel HDTV with cable, DVD player, stereo with CD and binoculars to enjoy the fabulous view and the dolphins as they swim by.
The balcony has four chairs, and tables so you can just sit, relax, and enjoy the amazing view and calming water of the Gulf.
Everything is provided for your stay and comfort: all linens, bed linens, hair dryer, iron, beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, WiFi, movies, books, games and binoculars.
The condo is an absolute delight, spotless clean, and maintained to our high standards throughout the year. Once you stay at Island Sunsets you will want to return, year after year!
The Surroundings.....
Estero Beach & Tennis Club is set on 10 peaceful acres with (4) clay tennis courts (no fee), a heated swimming pool, shuffle board, on site laundry rooms (coin operated) and BBQ grills for your use.
It is all about location..location..location... across the street from Santini Plaza where you have restaurants, shops, bank, marina, deli, and more. Walk to the water sports on the beach or just stroll the 7-mile beach and enjoy the Gulf, collect sea shells along the way or watch the wildlife and dolphins on your stroll, it is all here.
There are (3) buildings in the complex A, B, C. Island Sunsets is located in "C" building and has one of the best Gulf & Island views from all the units. The swimming pool is located between buildings A and B which makes the condo in "C" building peaceful, quiet, and absolutely delightful.
Simply walk across the sandbar and be on the beach, or stroll the sandy path - the beach is four buildings down.
Car parking on premises. Carts are provided when unloading your car, located in the lobby.
Take the trolley to Times Square and relax. It stops across the street and is 25 cents.
