You will love this upscale 2 bedroom/2 bath beachfront condo. Completely renovated, all new and so very clean and comfortable ... maintained to our high standards throughout the year. Every amenity of home is provided, including Wireless internet in the unit and central air conditioning.
The custom kitchen has a granite countertop, is fully equipped including washer/dryer, built-in microwave, dishwasher and has dinnerware service for 8. Full set of pots and pans and all cooking utensils are provided. There is a ceiling fan for perfect comfort while in the kitchen. The kitchen opens to the dining/living room with (4) bar stools at the counter for relaxed dining.
The living room has a queen size sofa bed, matching love seat, glass top end table and coffee table. There is a ceiling fan for added comfort. The 37" flat panel HDTV with cable has a DVD player and movies; a stereo with a CD player, books, and games. The living room opens onto the screened lanai.
The screened lanai on the 5th floor overlooks the beach, Gulf and Lover's Key State Park. A table and chairs are provided to enjoy casual dining. Binoculars are provided to watch the dolphin frolic while enjoying the relaxing, peaceful ripple of the Gulf. There is a ceiling fan on the lanai so you can enjoy the surroundings in comfort... you might never want to leave.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, flat panel HDTV with cable, (2) clock radios, a triple dresser and mirror, and (2) night stands. The private bathroom has a hair dryer, custom vanity and glass enclosed tub/shower. This bedroom opens onto the screened-in lanai.
The second bedroom has twin beds, flat panel HDTV with cable, clock radio, and a private bathroom with a glass enclosed stall shower and a hair dryer.
Everything is provided to make your stay care-free and comfortable; including all linens, all bed linens, beach chairs, beach towels and beach umbrella. WiFi, Movies, books, games and binoculars are also provided. Truly a Beachfront Beauty.
The Surroundings.....
Step right out onto the silky white sands to collect sea shells, walk the beach, and swim in the Gulf. If you are lucky you will get to swim with the dolphins!
Carlos Pointe has a beachfront heated swimming pool, BBQ grills, on-site laundry room (coin operated), recreation room with ping pong table, kitchenette, fridge and rest rooms. You never have to leave the pool area, just sit back, read a book and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
Car parking on premises. Carts are provided when unloading your car, located in Rec Room (Key needed for access).
Take the trolley to Times Square and relax, it stops in front of the building and is 25 cents.
